<p>Lori grew up on Long Island and attended Oneonta State College in upstate New York. There, she received her B.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics. After graduating from Oneonta, she attended Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received her M.S. in Nutrition Issues and Food Policy. She then attended Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her internship to become a Registered Dietitian.</p>
<p>Lori became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness based out of Miami, Florida. She believes that nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand; you really can not do one without the other. She has ran in marathons, participated in triathlons, and eats healthy as party of her daily life. Married and a mother, she wants to bring this lifestyle to you. She has been working in the nutrition field since 1996.</p>

<p><strong>Jose Cuello, ACE-CPT, AMFT-CPT</strong></p>
<p>Jose Cuello is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, AMFT (American Muscle and Fitness) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Boxing Instructor. Coming from a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) background, he specializes in strength and conditioning.</p>
<p>Loving sports all his life, Jose has participated in many different competitive types of sports; like MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), basketball, and weightlifting.</p>
<p>As a trainer for over 8 years, he has worked with all levels and all ages.</p>
